Reefer Container

A reefer is an acronym for Refrigerated Shipping container. Reefers keep goods frozen at temperatures as low as -70° F. This allows perishable and temperature-sensitive products to be shipped from country to country. A reefer is not designed to reduce the temperature of the cargo but to rather maintain the pre-cooled cargo temperature.
